Meet The Founder

A restaurant supplier from a restaurant pioneer

Eurasia was founded by Mohammed Abul Lais who has been in the food service industry for over 35 years. Mohammed opened his first restaurant at the age of 17. He also launched one of the country’s first multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant. Years into the restaurant trade he identified a need for a food service wholesaler tailored towards restaurants offering ethnic cuisines, which was also accessible. This led to the birth of Eurasia Food Service. Once operating out of Mohammed’s garage, it has now become one of the leading ethnic food service distributions, servicing over 300 restaurants in the UK.
